March 21 - see me as Willow in the “Willow Don’t Cry” premiere at the Hammer Museum
Published by stephan March 14th, 2007 in art, dance/performance, experiences, movie/tv/books, personal newsNext Wednesday, March 21, please join me at the Hammer Museum in Westwood for the Debut of the new Leslie Hall video “Willow Don’t Cry,” featuring the dance stylings of yours truly as Willow. I haven’t seen the finished result yet, but judging from the previous work of creators Dungeon Majesty, it should be awesome! It’s a hip-hop epic based on the 1988 fantasy film by Ron Howard and George Lucas.
There will be screenings of other videos, and a live performance by Leslie Hall herself, all for the amazing price of $1, so you have no excuses. Be there or be a quadrilateral!
