OK, I’m feeling a bit better now. On the same site, someone wrote another thing that I can’t find now… to which I responded:

Last night, someone posted a note on one of the widget sharing sites about my new product, ‘starman‘ I forget what he wrote, but it was some sarcastic comment like “What kind of a jerk is this guy who thinks he can charge for just a widget?”

Holy fuckamole, I’ve been Slashdotted!
Luckily I caught it, and called my hosting company and bumped up my bandwidth. Luckily, when I wrote the Zaptastic page, I had a feeling it would get slashdotted, so I didn’t put up a lot of pictures.
So, *whew*. Thank god it was a Sunday afternoon, rather than Monday [...]

Mail Ordered Flowers
One [widget] that has really caught my imagination is Flores. It’s so elegant it’s almost magic… It’s a beautiful information appliance. Hope there are more around like it.
